Are you currently accepting new psychotherapy clients?

  • My psychotherapy practice is currently full (as of June 25, 2026 and for the next 3 months) and I am not currently accepting new intakes. If you would like to be on a waitlist for mid October, send a message here.

  • I am holding an in-person women’s therapy group this summer, and have several upcoming online groups in planning - these will be posted on the website for registration.

Are you currently accepting new consultation or mentoring clients?

  • Yes - Sensorimotor Psychotherapy students and alumni can book time in the calendar for consultations, individually and as a group of learners.

  • Folks seeking professional mentoring and supervision are welcome to book an exploratory session.

Where do you practice?

I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in California, USA, and registered to practice psychotherapy in British Columbia, Canada, and so I primarily practice in California and British Columbia. Some other states and provinces offer reciprocity licensure or waivers - feel free to inquire.

I teach and offer consultation for folks in locations across Canada and USA, Europe, and Asia.

online or in person?

I work primarily online, and see a few people in-person in Victoria BC.

I offer classes and workshops in person and online, including training workshops and retreats.

Rates:

My standard rate for psychotherapy, 1-1 consultation, and mentoring sessions are $225 US dollars/50 minute hour.

Sliding scale is possible, and arranged through conversation in relation to context. The green bottle method of contemplating sliding scale rates is a helpful tool for supporting the conversation.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance, though I do offer a super bill.
