Our Process
-
Re.Sourceful
Experiencing modulation of our nervous systems, through embodied, playful, kind, wise methods. Learning how to practice this modulation methodology in your daily life, for ease, rest, relaxation, and thriving.
-
Gentle
Healing Trauma is best supported through shared gentle, sensitive attunement to what is and what is emerging. Slowing down together through enjoyable methods.
-
Experiential
Tending the imprint of personal and collective trauma is an experiential voyage, arriving together in the present moment. We’ll play with evidence-based experiential approaches that offer comfort, relief, release, and ground.
-
Embodied
Reclaiming the body as a homeland, as a source of ease, joy, comfort, courage, freedom, safety, trust, relaxation… Learning about the wisdom of your own body responses.
